COUNTY CORRESPONDENCE

MAXWELL

Mr. Job Carver died at the home Friday night. The funeral services were held at Loring Monday morning at ten o'clock and interment was made in the Collins cemetery. He leaves besides a wife, a son and daughter to mourn his loss, several brothers and sister, all of whom, except Ira of South Dakota and Mrs. Garrett of Nebraska, were in attendance at his funeral. Mr. Carver was only sick a little over a week and his death comes as quite a shock to Maxwell people. Friends from out of town in attendance at the funeral were Mrs. Stark of DeCalb, Illinois, a sister; Mrs. Hughes of Webster City also a sister; and Mr. and Mrs. Teeter of Melbourne.
