F. J. Eckels was called to Princeton, Illinois, Sunday by the death of his brother-in-law Dr. Chas. A. Palmer, who passed away at his home there on Saturday and was buried there on Monday afternoon. Dr. Palmer was a physician of much prominence and had been president of the Illinois Medical Association. He was only 54 years of age but had apparently broken down form over work, and he had been seriously ill since the fore part of last summer. He had been an occasional visitor at the home of his relatives here, and he had made in this vicinity any acquaintance who will learn of his death with very much regret.
