Report comes again of the death of D. A. Kent, at one time of the Iowa State College and later of Hamilton county. It was reported in the summer hat he had been killed by Mexican raiders on his ranche near the Rio Grande but that report was quiet definitely denied. The present report is that he has died of tuberculosis, following his wife, who died of the same disease in September. The writer met and talked with Mr. Kent on a Northwestern train in May last and we most certainly would not have estimated him than as a man in any danger of dying in five months from tuberculosis.
