Barbara Ann Stille Becvar was born on July 21, 1964 to Michael and Bertha (Tarbill) Stille in Storm Lake, Iowa. She lived in the Roland area and was a member of the Salem Lutheran Church. She worked on an assembly line in manufacturing. She enjoyed helping others, beading, crafts, needlepoint, playing cards and bingo. She married Paul Becvar on July 30, 2013. Family was very important to her.

Barbara passed away April 22, 2015 at Israel family Hospice House in Ames at 50 years of age.

She is survived by her husband, Paul Becvar, of Nevada; her mother, Bertha Stille, of Roland; her son, Anthony Dittmer, of Knoxville; two sisters, Kim (Ron) Goodmanson, of Roland and Carla (Robbie) Foster, of Nevada; one brother, Dennis (Monica) Stille, of Radcliffe; three step-children, Michele Fleming, of Story City, Michael (Angie) Becvar, of Colo and Melissa Becvar, of Nevada; seven grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her father, Michael Stille.
