ORMAN H. PENCE
Services will be held from the Nevada Assembly of God Church, Saturday, July 27, 1974 at 11 a.m. for Orman H. Pence 1332 9th Street, Nevada, who died Wednesday morning at Mary Greeley Hospital. Pence, 74, died of cancer. he had been ill for the past two years.
Pence was born April 3, 1900, the son of J.D. and Mable Pence, in Moravia, Iowa. he was a resident of that town for 45 years.
April 22, 1923, Pence married Ruby K. Morris in Albia, Iowa.
Pence was a member of the First Assembly of God where he held the office of Trustee and Deacon.
He is survived by his wife Ruby, a son Larry Pence of Omaha, a brother Carl Pence of Monmouth, Iowa, and two grandchildren. Also surviving are two sisters, Mrs. Arnold (Vera) Burnett of Newton and Mrs. Paul (Lelia) Spencer of Moravia.
Pence was preceded in death by his parents, one daughter, one brother, and one sister.
