Nevada man found dead

Fred Berry, 87, Nevada, was found dead in his home Monday afternoon.

Mr. Berry has been a lifelong resident of Story Coutny and had been in ill health for several years.

He is survived by a brother, Isaac, Cherokee and two sisters, Mrs. Susie Lyons and Laura Berry, both of Nevada.

Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Wednesday from the Ryan Funeral Home, Nevada. The Rev. Victor Hackbarth, Nevada Lutheran Church, will officiate. Burial is to be in Nevada Cemetery.
