Phillip was born on October 6, 1968 in Des Moines, Iowa to Robertson and Phyllis (Veldhuizen) Keicher. He graduated from high school and became a truck driver working for the Heartland Co-op and Van-Hof Trucking. Phillip married April Caldwell on February 14, 1997. Phillip lived in the Roland area since 2011. He enjoyed camping, fishing, NASCAR racing and his family was very important to him.

Phillip Dion Keicher, 45, died on Monday, May 26, 2014, at his home in Roland, Iowa.

Phillip is survived by his wife, April; a son Kaleb of Ozark, MO, daughters Miranda of Ozark, MO, Morghan of Roland, IA; a stepson, Blayne of Roland IA; two grandson's Carson and Brentley; a brother, mother and three nieces, one great niece and other family and friends.

He is preceded in death by his father and brother.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions are preferred for his young daughter Morghan's education.
