MRS. HARRY NEW

Funeral services have been set for Saturday, Feb. 17, at 1:30 p.m. from the Ryan Funeral Home here for Harry New, 80, of Route 2, Nevada.

Mrs. New died Wednesday morning at the Story County Hospital, where she had been a patient for the past two weeks. She had been ill for the past several years.

Pastor Wayne Hanson will officiate at Saturday's funeral services, with burial in the Nevada Cemetery.

Born Oct. 22, 1892, in Story County, she was the daughter of Walter and Ann Conder. She lived in the county her entire life, and on Jan. 15, 1919 she was married to Harry E. New in Story County. She was a member of the Memorial Lutheran Church.

Survivors include her husband Harry, a son Willis E. New of Nevada and a sister Mrs. Maude Toot of Nevada. She was preceded in death by her parents and two brothers.
