Ludwig rites to be Saturday

G. H. Ludwig, 81, Nevada died about 10:30 a.m. Thursday [October 20, 1966] at his home.

Born in Germany, he had lived in Story County 72 years.

Mr. Ludwig was Story County Treasurer from 1931 to 1946. He was a member of Nevada Methodist Church.

Survivors include a brother, Walter, of Boulder, Colo., and a sister, Mrs. Bertha Kahrs, Iowa Lutheran Home, Madrid. He was preceded in death by a brother.

Funeral services will be held a 1:30 p.m. Saturday from Nevada Methodist Church with the Rev. M. C. Shupe officiating. Burial will be in Nevada Cemetery.
