Mrs. Michaelson died Saturday

Mrs. Hallie Lee Michaelson, 84, formerly of 925 Burnett Ave., died Saturday at Wesley Acres, Des Moines.

Funeral services will be at 2:30 p.m. Tuesday from Adams Funeral Home, with Rev. Henry A. Campbell of the United Church of Christ Congregational officiating. Burial will be in the Nevada Cemetery.

Mrs. Michaelson was born Sept. 23, 1888, at Gilbert. She had lived most of her life in Ames, moving to Des Moines in 1969. She was a member the United Church of Christ Congregational.

Survivors include a son Marion L., Royal Oak, Mich.; a daughter, Ruth A. Michaelson, San Rafael, Calif.; a sister, Mrs. Eva Templeton, Des Moines; two granddaughters and two great-granddaughters. She was preceded in death by her husband in 1952, a son, two brothers and three sisters.
