MARY JANE KOPF

Mary Jane Kopf, 71, of 921 M Ave., Nevada, IA, died Sunday, Nov. 30, 1986, at her home.

She was born Aug. 26, 1915, in Milford Township, Story County, IA, to L.P. and Anna (Rasmussen) Sorensen and lived in this area her entire life.

She was married to Clyde (Bud) Kopf Aug. 27, 1957, at Nevada.

Survivors include her husband Clyde Kopf of Nevada; a brother, James Sorensen of Maxwell IA, and several nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by an infant daughter, Joyce [Conley]; an infant sister, Ruth; a sister, Joan Cody; thw brothers, Edward Johns Sorensen and Charles Sorensen, and her parents.

Mrs. Kopf was a housewife. She belonged to Memorial Lutheran Church, Royal Neighbors of America Lodge and National Campers and Hikers Assn.

Funeral services will be at 1:30 p.m. Wednesday, Dec 3, at Memorial Lutheran Church in Nevada. Burial will be in Nevada Cemetery, Nevada.

Friends may call after 1 p.m. Tuesday at Chet Ryan Mortuary, 5th St. and G Ave., Nevada. The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 Tuesday evening.
