Mrs. Stevens died Sunday
Mrs. Margaret M. Stevens, 74, 1012 Marston Ave., died at Mary Greeley Hospital about 7 p.m. Sunday* after a long illness.
Born at Fulton, Mo., Mrs. Stevens moved to Nevada Feb. 22, 1912 and lived there until moving to Ames in 1944.
She was a member of the Collegiate Methodist Church.
Mrs. Stevens is survived by her husband, Leon E.; a daughter, Mrs. Mildred E. Rouze, 2336 Knapp St.; three sisters, Mrs. Ralph Donner, Council Bluffs; Mrs. O. B. Rowdon, El Paso, Tex., and Mrs. T. O. Tomlin, Columbia, Mo. and five grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by a son, Leon J., in June 1964.
Funeral services will be held at 1:30 p.m. Wednesday from the Adams Funeral Home, with the Rev. Wilbur Wilcox, pastor of the Collegiate Methodist Church, officiating. Burial will be in the Nevada Cemetery.
A memorial fund has been established to the Collegiate Methodist Church. Gifts may be left with the church office.
