MRS. OLE LUND

Mrs. Ole Lund, 87, pioneer woman, died Saturday* afternoon.

Born in Norway, Feb. 2, 1854, she came to the United States with her parents, who settled on a farm near Story City, when she was a girl 16 years. Here she was married and lived with her husband on a farm until 1920 when they retired from the farm and located in Story City.

Mr. Lund died 11 years ago in August and she is survived by her daughters Mrs. Mary Dyvig of Ames, Mrs. Carl Olson of Los Angeles, Calif., Mrs. Ira Christianson of Ohaha, and Mrs. H. O. Torkelson of Story City and sons Ole Lund of Jewell and Theodore Lund of Story City.
