Our Chinaman Murdered
(Feb. 22, 1917)

Sing Lee, for a dozen years Story City's industrious laundryman, was found dead in bed with a bullet in his head. The murderer, a Chinaman, by the name of Quan Sue, was apprehended in Montana, brot back for trial and sentenced to life in the state penitentiary. Some years later he was released and sent back to China.
