HALL OF NEVADA LODGE
No. 26, I. O. O. T.

WHEREAS, Our Heavenly Father has seen proper in his all-wise providene to remove from us by death our faithful sister, Mrs. J. F. Gillespie.
Resolved, That we remember with gratitude and affection her presence with us in our weekly meetings and the fidelity with which she performed every duty.
Resolved, That as she fell at her post earnestly contending for the principles of temperance and justice and inspiring her brothers and sisters with courage, we hereby express our sadness at the loss we have sustained and say, submissively, "Ever so, Father, for it seems good in thy sight."
Resolved, That we hereby extend to her bereaved family our sympathy is this sad hour.
Resolved, That these resolutions be published in the Nevada REPRESENTATIVE and Nevada Watchman, and a copy given to the family of the deceased.

At a regular meeting of Nevada Encampment No. 94, I. O. O. F. the following resolutions were adopted:
WHEREAS, Patriarch J. F. Gillespie in the Providence of God, has been bereft of his affectionate and faithful companion, therefore
Resolved, That we recognize in the life of Mrs. Mary J. Gillespie, a loving and devoted wife, a faithful and christian mother.
Resolved, That we tender to Patriarch Gillespie and family, our fraternal sympathy in this hour of his great sorrow and bereavement.
Resolved, That to Patriarch Gillespie in this severe affliction there is still a consolation and a cheering hope that he may again meet his dear wife in that blissful home above.
