Judge Kellogg received a paper from Mr. Thrall, of Kansas, a few days since announcing the death of Mrs. Thrall. Many of our old citizens will remember Mr. and Mrs. Thrall as residents of this place from the fall of 1856 to 1862 or 63. While here Mr. Thrall was editor of this paper, then known by the name of Story County Advocate.

SUBMITTER'S NOTE: "Mr. Thrall" was Ruben/Reuben Rose Thrall. He married Calista Matilda Trumbull on 18 August 1853 in Greene County, Ohio.
