Ames Times: ....George Tallman, the aged father of Clarles Tallman of this place, died Monday evening at his home in Boone of heart trouble....

SUBMITTER'S NOTE: WPA Records show George P. Tallman was born 1 October 1824 and died 1 May 1902. He was buried in the Linwood Cemetery, Boone, Boone County, Iowa.
