Ames Times: ....Loyd Arthur Craun, son of John A. and Ellen Craun passed quietly away at his home on the south side Sunday morning, May 11, 1902, at 10 o'clock a. m. He was born in South Dakota, Sunday morning, Dec. 8, 1889, at 6 o'clock. His age was 12 years, 6 months and 3 days.
