Ames, 4.--John H. Kegley died at his home in Ames about noon Tuesday at the age of 79 years. Mr. Kegley has been a resident of this county since 1850 and has seven sons, all of whom have grown to maturity here and are well known. The funeral will be held at the Congregational church at 2 o'clock this afternoon.
