OBITUARY

Catherine Cook, aged 81 years, 1 month and 2 days, was born in Trumble County, Ohio, January 16, 1812 and died February 18, 1896.

She was married to Wm. Stratton of Wayne County Ohio in 1831. To them were born four children, two of whom are living. She was married to John McConnell, of Hancock county, Ohio in 1840 and come back to Iowa in 1855. Six children was the result of the second marriage, four of whom are living.
