Mrs. Sereno Chandler died Friday morning at 4 o'clock. Mrs. C. came to this state from Canada, her birth place, 30 yrs ago. She had been married 28 yrs and was 45 years old when she died. Mrs. Chandler was an industrious, kind hearted woman, loved and highly respected by all her acquaitances and the whole community deeply mourn her loss and extend their sympathy to the bereaved husband and family.

At her home near Cambridge May 20th, Mrs. Laura Chandler aged 45 years, wife of Sereno Chandler.

Mrs. Chandler was a woman of unusual worth. Her active, energetic character commanded the respect of all who knew her while the kindness of her heart won the love of her more intimate friends. Her loss is deeply mourned by her husband and children especially and no less truly is her death regretted by a very large circle of acquaintances. A faithful wife, a true mother, and a kind neighbor is her record.
