LAWRENCE WILLIAMS

Funeral services for Lawrence (Humpy) Williams will be held Monday at 1:30 p.m. from the Ryan Funeral Home here, with Rev. Jeen Park officiating.

Williams, of 1632 Second Street, Nevada, died at his home at the age of 67 Thursday morning.

Burial will be in the Evergreen Cemetery, Nevada.

A veteran of World War II, Williams was born August 23, 1905, at Nevada, the son of Charles and Bertha Williams. He was a retired railroad employee and had lived in Nevada his entire lifetime.

He married Ida Townsend on Dec. 14, 1925 in the home of Rev. C. E. Lookingbill. She survives him.

Preceding him in death were his parents and one brother.
