LAWRENCE WILLIAMS

Lawrence L. Williams, son of Charles and Bertha Williams, was born in Nevada August 23, 1905 and passed away in his home March 8, 1973 at the age of 67 years, 6 months and 12 days.

December 14, 1925, he was united in marriage with Ida May Townsend in Nevada, Iowa. He was an employee of Chicago Northwestern Railroad for 41 years until his retirement in 1964.

He was a veteran of World War II serving in Indian Sphere. While not a formal member of the church, Lawrence and Ida attended the First Christian Church, Nevada.

He was preceded in death by his parents and one brother. Survived to mourn his passing are his wife, Ida, four nephews, five nieces and many friends.
