Jennifer Wofford, 33, formerly of Boone, died Saturday, Jan. 17, 2009, in Ottumwa. A memorial service will be at 11 a.m. Friday, Jan. 23, at Open Bible Church in Boone.

Bacon Funeral Home and Crematory is in charge of arrangements.
