Thomas Doggett died Monday

Thomas R. Doggett, 29, 231 South Riverside Drive, died at his home Monday

Funeral services will be Thursday at 1:30 p.m. from Stevens Memorial Chapel with the Rev. E.E. Peters officiating. The Rev Peters will be assisted by the Rev. Doyle Ellis.

Mr. Doggett was born April 19, 1941 in Ames. He attended schools in Ames and worked for the Iowa State Highway Commission. He was a member of Calvary United Methodist Church.

Survivors include his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Ralph R Doggett, 231 South Riverside Drive; two brothers, James Doggett, Fairfield and David Doggett, 1406 Florida Ave, Ontario; a sister, Mrs Nancy Tate, Bremerton, Wash,; and several nieces and nephews.

Stevens Memorial Chapel is in charge of funeral arrangements

Friends may call at the Chapel, Wednesday afternoon and evening.
