THE AMES TRIBUNE, Ames, Story County, Iowa, Tuesday, September 18, 2007.

Mark "Max" Maxwell, 45, of Urbandale, died Thursday, Sept. 13, at Broadlawns Hospital in Des Moines. Services were Sunday, Sept. 16, in Urbandale, with a Celebration of Life following.

Bacon Funeral Home and Crematory was in charge of arrangements.
