Mrs. Ellen Meyers dies in Hospital

Mrs. Ellen Meyers of Maxwell died Thursday at the Story County Hospital where she had been a patient for just one day.

Funeral services were held Saturday at 1:30 p.m. at the Cooper funeral home in Maxwell. Rev. O. E. Barrow officiating. Burial was in the Maxwell Cemetery.

She is survived only by her nieces and nephews. Born Aug. 12, 1886 [1866] in Cambridge, Iowa she had lived most of her life in and around Maxwell. She was preceded in death by her husband, Henry, and one son.
