THE AMES TRIBUNE, Ames, Story County, Iowa, Tuesday, May 16, 2006.

Harriet O. Hermann, 77, of Omaha, Neb., died Monday, May 15. Services will be at 1:30 p.m. Friday, May 19, at Fjeldberg Lutheran Church in Huxley. Burial will be in Sheldahl Cemetery.

She is survived by her husband, John B. Hermann; four daughters, Marcia Manzo, Pamela Hagan, Teresa Dombrowski and Rebecca Hermann; two sons, John E. Hermann and David R. Hermann; 11 grandchildren; three sisters, Verna Hermann, Delores Buttry, Barbara Kennedy; nieces and nephews; and other relatives and many friends.

Visitation will be at 3 p.m., Wednesday, May 17, at West Center Chapel, 7805 W. Center Road, in Omaha, with family receiving friends from 6 to 8 p.m.

Visitation also will be from 3 to 8 p.m., Thursday, May 18, at Soderstrum-Riis Funeral Home in Slater, with family receiving friends from 6 to 8 p.m.

Memorial are requested to Methodist Hospital Foundation, 8401 West Dodge Road, Omaha, NE, 68114.
