LONGCOR, LUCILLE E. HOLLIDAY (1922-1985)
NEVADA JOURNAL, Nevada, Iowa, Friday, June 21, 1985, page 25C, column 6. “DEATHS – LUCILLE E. CONGCOR. – Lucille E. Longcor, 62, did Saturday, June 15, 1985, at Veterans Medical Center in Des Moines. She was born Nov. 12, 1922, in Louisiana to George and Armontine (Boudreaux) Holliday. She had served in the WAC in the US Army. She belonged to the American Legion Auxillary and Retired Donnelley’s Workers. Mrs. Longcor was a resident of Maxwell. Survivors include a niece, Gail Richards, of Louisiana, and a brother, Edward Favron of Baton Rouge, La. Funeral services were at Cooper Funeral Home in Maxwell on Wednesday, June 19. Burial was in Maxwell Cemetery.”
