THE MAXWELL TRIBUNE, Maxwell, Iowa, Thursday, January 21, 1897, page 5, column 2. “The oldest child of Mr. and Mrs. Bismark Lane died Tuesday from diphtheria. Interment was made at the Peoria cemetery** Wednesday.
