HUGGINS, MILTON “BUD” (1912-1995)

Dallas County News, Adel, Dallas County, Iowa, November 30, 1995, page 2A. “OBITUARIES – Milton “Bud” Huggins – Adel – Milton “Bud” Huggins, 83, of Adel died of cancer at Mercy Hospital Medical Center in Des Moines on Nov. 25, 1995. Services were held Nov. 27 at Brandt Funeral Home in Dallas Center, with burial in Brethren Cemetery. Mr. Huggins was born in Dallas Center on July 19, 1912 to Charles Ernest Huggins and Minnie M. Langhoff Huggins. He lived in Adel since 1950, working as a farmer and retiring in 1980. Mr. Huggins is survived by his wife, Donna, of Adel; two daughters, Betty Raymond of Adel, and Barbara Reynolds of Redfield. He is also survived by four grandchildren and five great-granddaughters. Mr. Huggins was preceded in death by his parents; four brothers, Ralph, Louis, Lester and Glenn; and one sister, Erma Moss.”
