Hello, I am the daughter of Darlene Rozeboom Sohl. As I worked on her estate (as the executor), it was determined that Victor Esquivel was not legally considered her spouse at the time of death. In other words, she was never legally married to him.

Please remove Esquivel from her last name and (Mrs. Victor) from the heading.

Her legal name should be Darlene Joy Rozeboom Sohl.

I was the one who wrote and submitted the obituary to the newspapers. At the time, we thought they were married. The state of Iowa has determined that they were not - and we are requesting this iagenweb page to be deleted or updated. Thank you.
