Adoption of James Francis Dibbern

Trying to find family information from my father's birth family. On March 31, 1925 at Sacred Heart Hospital in LeMars, Iowa a baby was born to a young woman, Ruby Dibbern. The name of the birth father was never mentioned in any documentation. The baby was left at the home of the Sisters of St. Francis in LeMars, Iowa without any provisions made for his support. On August 15, 1925 Reverend L.N. Klein of St. Joseph’s Church baptized him as Francis James Dibbern. On November 24, 1926, Otto and Emma Hubbard of Monticello Iowa adopted the baby and renamed him James Francis Hubbard. Jim Hubbard was my father and passed away in October of 1982. Since he was the only child in his adopted family,I would love to know if he has any living blood relatives.
