Actually, Grietje Niessink in not related directly to me. She is an ancestor of my cousin Verna Mae Nootenboom Zonneveld. Verna's father was Leendert or Leonard Nootenboom. I am related to Verna's mother Carrie Hoekstra Nootenboom. I have done some work for Verna's family on her ancestors on the Nootenboom side but not much on the Niessink side. I am sure she would like the information of which you speak. I will send her your e-mail and message. I would like to have the Niessink information for her and for our surname files in our library. If you have it in a Word file, please e-mail me a copy.
