I found the marriage record in the marriage Register Book 2 of Sioux County.
Applied for license on March 1, 1899 Henry Muyskens signed as witness, Fred DeJong of Orange City, a farmer, 27 years, born at Aldeboorn, Friesland, Netherlands, Father Willem DeJong, Mother Aaltje Laferte, married Fannie Poortier, of Orange City, 23 years, born at Ommen, Overijsel, Netherlands, Father Manus Poortier Mother Haremina Timmerman, married at Orange City on March 2, 1899 Witnesses R. Schooneville and D. Vander Ploeg, E. Breen Clergyman.
