From the Alton Democrat, June 30, 1906, Struble news:

The H. D. Eilers home mourns the loss of an infant child, which passed away Saturday [June 23] and was buried Monday in the Lutheran church lot in Mammen. The bereaved family have the sympathy of a large circle of friends in their loss.
