The Sioux Center Newspaper for the week of Feb 5th is messed up some pages are duplicates and a few are so faint not to be read. The digital newspaper file did not reveal her name in other papers.

They had children Gerrit Van Roekel 1875-1961, Hendrik 1878-1969, Gerrit Van Roekel 1879-1903, Cornelia 1881-1974, Brandje 1883-1897, Rijkje ‘Hattie’ Van Roekel 1885-1979 and Jan Willem 1888-1897.
