Funeral Services Held Yesterday Afternoon At Hawarden and In St. John's Lutheran Church at Craig

Funeral services for Mrs. Mina Rohlfs, 58, who died Saturday night in the Hawarden hospital, were held at 1:30 yesterday afternoon at the Barnard Funeral home in Hawarden and at St. John's Lutheran church at Craig at 2:15. Rev. Walter Schmidt, the pastor, was in charge. Burial was in the church cemetery.

Mrs. Rohlfs came to Hawarden about three and a half years ago with her husband, who had been ill for several years. She spent most of her time in Hawarden caring for him and shortly after his death she became ill. She was cared for in the Hawarden hospital for a number of months but later returned to her home.

Mina Henrichs, daughter of Mr., and Ms. Henry Henrichs were born December 27, 1889, in Grant township in Plymouth county. She was baptized and confirmed in the Lutheran faith. She married M. J, Rohlfs April 24, 1907, and to this union were born six children, two of whom preceded her in death. Her husband died two years ago. After her marriage, she lived on a farm in Grant township about 12 miles southeast of Hawarden until the came to Hawarden to make her home.

Survivors are four children, Mrs. Geo. Hartman of Hawarden, Walter oi Sioux City, Roland of Akron, and Alvin of Ireton.
