Ireton column: Mrs. John Statema of Center township died Sunday from age and a complication of liver trouble, dropsy and other ailments. The funeral was held Tuesday from the Christian Reformed church and conducted by Rev. Schurman of that church.

Orange City column: Mrs. J. Statema, who was living at the home of her son, P. Statema, at Ireton, died Sunday at the age of 60 years. She is survived by the following children: Mrs. K. Terpstra of Ireton, K. Statema at Volga, S.D., Mrs. A. Van Kalsbeek at Ireton, and P. Statema at Ireton. Funeral services were held at Ireton Tuesday afternoon.
