Henry Veld, 60, died at his home 5'/4 miles northeast of town Monday evening. Death was caused by cancer.

He is survived by his wife and 2 children Miss Clara and Edward.

Funeral services will be held at the house at 1 p.m. and in the First Reformed Church at 2 o'clock with Reverend Mr. Le Roy Nattress officiating.

Mr. Veld was born at South Holland, Illinois and had lived in Sioux County since 1920. He was married to Miss Effie Vander Zwaag in 1917.
