From the Sioux Center News, December 17, 1936:

A son of Mr. and Mrs. Rochus Schelling was born prematurely Wednesday, and died Thursday morning. Funeral services for him and for a six months old son of Mr. and Mrs. John Schelling were held at the John Schelling home Saturday. The newly born baby is survived by nine brothers and sisters, and preceded by two brothers in death.

His death certificate calls him Baby Schelling; born December 10, 1936 in Garfield Township, Sioux County; parents Rochus Schelling and Jennie Harskamp, both born in Sioux County; died at 6 a.m. December 11, 1936; cause, premature birth; buried at Sioux Center.

He does not appear in the Sioux County Cemetery Index.
