Died: November 12, 1889A little son, Marten Van Marel, about eight years old, son of Arie and Hendrika (Van Rossem) Van Marel, was buried Monday at West Lawn Cemetery, Orange City, Sioux County, Iowa.
He had been sick only a short time but was curried off by that dreaded disease diphtheria.
