Research note: From a limited report on ancestry.com (by others) William Schroeder was born Nov 1844 Boyden IA Wife was Elisa Schroeder 1892-1991 and daughter was Iva Schroeder 1917-1981. (The surname on the headstone in Schroder.)

In the 1925 census her parents were listed as Henry Eahl (Sohl) and Ernstine Smith or Schutt.
