LIVED HERE THREE YEARS---FUNERAL MRS. ARTHUR VAN HORSEN HELD FRIDAY

Funeral services for Mrs. Arthur Van Horsen were held in the First Reformed Church Friday afternoon at 1:30 o'clock. Reverend H. Colenbrander officiated, with Reverend J. Straks of Maurice and Reverend Stegenan of Hospers assisting. Short services were held at the home at 1 o'clock. Interment was at the cemetery at Hospers.

Mrs. Van Horsen died at the hospital Wednesday morning of pneumonia which she had contacted after a ruptured appendix operation.

Susan TeStroete was born in Hospers on March 12, 1897. On June 14, 1917, she was married to Arthur Van Horsen, Maurice where they resided until Mr. Van Horsen purchased a truck line here three years ago.

Mrs. Van Horsen is survived by her husband and four children, namely: Lois, 16; Eleanor 14; Wayne 6; and Norman 3; also by her mother, Mrs. G.J. Te Stroete of Hospers and by one sister, Mrs. Jerry Raak of Hospers and by two brothers, Henry and Arnold Te Stroete, both of Hospers.
