Reinder Bakker, 63, died at his farm home near Alvord last Saturday morning. He had been sick for a year with heart ailment.

Funeral services were held Tuesday at the Christian Reformed Church of Inwood. Reverend Wasink officiating.

Mr. Bakker is survived by his widow, Antje; three sons, Peter, a farmer near Alvord, Sam, a trucker in Inwood, and John living in New Jersey and two daughters both living in New Jersey. One of the daughters had been visiting here and was on her way home with her husband when her father died.
