Brink, Gertie, Gerrit’s 4 yr old dau of Maurice issue, in the De Volksvriend issue May 6, 1886

Died – Brink, at the residence of her parents, near Maurice, on Thursday April 29, 1886 at 10 a.m. Gertie infant daughter of Gerrit and Hannah Brink aged three years.
The little girl had be suffering from lung fever for some time and finally passed away. The bereaved family have the sincerest sympathy]of a large circle of friends. The funeral was held at the house last Saturday Rev. De Boer officiating, and the burial took place in the cemetery at Orange City.
