Research note: when checking the family on ancestry.com (by others) his wife was listed as Jantje Mulder married 8 Jun 1886 Oldebroek Netherlands. Gerrit’s parents listed as Frank Van Pijkeren 1823-1900 and Aaltje Duim 1829-1898

In Find A Grave of Jantje Rikkers born 1865 died 1957 she was the wife of Hendrik Rikkers 1857-1942 . In 1922 Henry Rikkers married Mrs. Van Pykeren.
