From the Alton Democrat, July 5, 1935, Hull news:

Funeral services were held for Faner Brunsting, 17-month old son of Mr. and Mrs. Ralph Brunsting, at the Protestant church Monday afternoon. Rev. L. Ver Mee [i.e. Ver Meer] of Hull and Rev. Brunsting of Sioux Center conducted the services. Interment took place at Hope cemetery. Death was due to pneumonia.

From the Sioux County Index (Hull), July 5, 1935:

Baby Boy of Mr. and Mrs. Ralph Brunsting Died Fri.

Faner Milton Brunsting, the little son of Mr. and Mrs. Ralph A. Brunsting, who had been so very ill for such a long time, died at the home of his parents, last Friday, June 28th, of complications caused by pneumonia. The little one was born January 15th, 1934, and was at the time of his death, one year, five months and thirteen days old.

The funeral was held Monday at the Protestant Reformed church, conducted by Rev. L. Vermeer, the pastor, and Rev. Luke A. Brunsting, an uncle of the little one, from Sioux Center. The church was filled to its capacity with sorrowing relatives and friends.

His death certificate has Faner M. Brunsting, resident of Hull, born January 15, 1934 in Iowa; parents Ralph Brunsting and Minnie Brunsting, both born in Holland; died at 9:30 a.m. June 28, 1935; cause: lung abscess on upper lobe, onset June 21, 1935, and lobar pneumonia, onset June 14, 1935; contributory cause, “3rd attack of pneumonia since 1-1-35, [illegible] empyema left side 3-20-35”; diagnosis confirmed by X-Ray. (Empyema is a condition in which pus accumulates in the area between the lungs and the inner surface of the chest.)

The Sioux County Cemetery Index shows him on the same Hope Cemetery headstone as R. A. and Johnnie. The Iowa Gravestones Photo Project has a photo of the gravestone with R. A. Brunsting (no dates) at the head, and Johnnie (1917-1918) and Faner (1934-1935) underneath. Hermina “Minnie” Brunsting’s obituary (posted separately) states that two infants preceded her in death.
