Randall Lee Vanden Brink, 8, of Maurice, died Tuesday, June 29, in a Sioux City Hospital following a long illness.

Funeral services were held Friday, July 2, 10:00 A.M. in the Co-operative Funeral Home in Sioux Center with Reverend A. Elshout officiating. Burial was in the Sioux Center Cemetery.

Randall was born on May 21, 1963, in Orange City. He was a second grader at the Sioux Center Community School.

Survivors are his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Richard Vanden Brink; two sisters, Audrey Jeane and Janice Ann at home; a brother, James Roy at home; grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Henry Van Ginkel of Rock Valley and great-grandmother, Mrs. Lydia Groeneweg of Rock Valley.
