Rites Friday For Mrs. Lou Wielenga

Funeral services for Mrs. Lou Wielenga, nee Marie Huisman, were held Friday afternoon in the First Christian Reformed Church with Reverend R. Bronkema officiating. Interment was made in the Orange City Cemetery.

Mrs. Wielenga was born January 10, 1861 at Lansing, Illinois.

She was married March 30, 1886 and the children surviving are, Herbert Wielenga of Boyden, Peter Wielenga of Orange City, Mary, Mrs. William Van Roekel of Maurice, Jake Wielenga of Orange City, Elizabeth, Mrs. Henry Van Roekel of Boyden, Ring Wielenga of Boyden, and Andrew Wielenga of Orange City.

A daughter Sara, Mrs. Ct. Fedders preceded her in death.

Surviving besides her aged husband and her children are two brothers, William and Matthew Huisman of Orange City. There are 38 grandchildren and 8 great-grandchildren.
